Come shape Cassia Networks U.S. marketing effort, help build an industry leading brand, and drive sales leads in the Enterprise Bluetooth IoT space!

Are you a messaging, story-telling, and content development visionary? Do you like to multi-task on multiple projects and deliver content via a variety of Marketing vehicles? Working with successful entrepreneurs and thought-leaders at Cassia, you will communicate the company vision and increase Cassia’s brand recognition in a rapidly growing IoT industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present Cassia’s technology solutions and value proposition to system integrators, device manufacturers, industry experts and media
  • Create and socialize Cassia’s point of view both internally and externally
  • Translate complex technology concepts and partner deployments into easy to understand use-cases by target vertical
  • Use your knowledge of the IoT market and competing technologies to paint Cassia’s competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
  • Drive the authoring of thought leadership pieces through engaging content in white papers, blogs, trade magazines and other online publications
  • Cultivate relationships with industry analysts and influencers as it relates to Cassia’s key target verticals
  • Manage marketing budget. Make the most of a start-up marketing budget by prioritizing activities based on ROI
  • Identify and understand marketing KPI’s and provide SR. Management with data driven metrics and the ROI of these metrics
  • Develop solution content, infographics, presentations, solution briefs, and other customer-facing content
  • Conduct market research on various aspects of industry solutions to build successful competitive product positioning and messaging
  • Identify and support the participation and attendance of target industry tradeshow events
  • Effectively manage and own the marketing calendar, brand positioning and messaging, website, SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, email marketing, PR, social channels, and content creation
  • Responsible for both digital inbound and outbound lead demand generation
  • Support the Cassia Sales efforts and initiatives
  • Ability to travel for company events and tradeshows


Education and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing
  • Strong digital marketing experience required
  • Technology start-up experience highly desirable
  • Result driven and customer focused
  • A good team player
  • Technical and strategic
  • A good understanding about IoT, wireless, and networking technologies
  • Experienced in taking complex technical concepts and turning them into succinct compelling messages
  • Excel in story-telling and content across social, visual, written and multi-media formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experienced with setting up and running SEO, SEM and PR campaigns
  • Adobe Creative Cloud and design experience highly desirable
  • Bachelors’ Degree. Advanced degree preferred.
